Sparkler Larker is a London Dry gin, but far from a classic. Intended as a
cold-day treat, its warming, sweet flavour is intentionally reminiscent of
Christmas Cookies (notes of cinnamon, cloves, allspice...).
While the exact recipe is a secret, you’ll probably easily
pick up flavours familiar from mulled wine and/or winter-time baking spices.
Sparkler Larker pairs well with ginger ale, lemonade, and
even tea or hot water and lemon, similar to grog/glug. It’s also gentle enough
on the palate to be drank neat as a digestive.
We recommend that you store this
product in a cool, dry and dark space (such as a larder) and drink it by the
end of winter 22/23.
