Lilac Zephyr is a London dry gin. It is light and zesty gin full of floral aroma, made with fresh satsuma peel and lilac blossom from our garden and field. Its fragrance feels like the breath of early summer. Like most of our products, it is made with premium quality juniper and Sussex/Kent grown coriander and organic ethanol.

One of the ways in which it is different from most mass-produced, and even some “small batch” gins is that you get to taste it exactly as it comes out of the still. There is no dilution with neutral grain spirit, instead, the traditional method of distilling the entire product is used. This is how you end up with a rich, fragrant, full-bodied gin.

This gin works well with lighter tonics as well as lemonade and is also lovely drank neat or on rocks, without mixing.

We recommend that you store this product in a cool, dry and dark space (such as a larder) and drink it within a year of purchase.
